Returns

We do not accept any returns on any products.

Exchanges

Shoes

• Exchanges are available only if you received the wrong size.
• You can only pair formals with formals, sneakers with sneakers, and replace the watch with another watch.
• Shoes must be packed in their original form and returned via India Post.
• If the mistake is from our side, the exchange will be handled free of cost.
• If there is no fault from our side and the customer still wants to exchange, the customer must pay both return and forward shipping charges in advance.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement pair.

Watches

• Exchange is available only if the watch is completely not working, even after inserting new batteries.
• Automatic watches have no return or exchange since they rely on wrist movement and winding.
• If the watch is working and the customer still wants an exchange for any personal reason, the customer must pay return + forward shipping charges in advance.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. (Note – Exchange should be report and process within 24 HRS)
